With the RP-3 board, can I run a long line from the Arduino and put the board closed to where the probes are going. My existing Probes have 12 foot leads with xlr connectors. I have female panel mounts that will be mounted in a box near the vessels. Can I put the RP-3 in that box and make the connections (Maybe 25') to the Arduino Box for C51-54 SDI SDO CLK
GND and VCC will be via a 5 vdc Buck converter from 12 vdc.

No. The amplifiers and interface should be as close as possible.
