Is it possible to control output based on percentage of input/voltage?
Similar to how a SSVR and rheostat/potentiometer setup would work? We're looking to control the input for our nanodistillery boiler to avoid the oscillation issues we're seeing now when using our Auber PID.
It looks like the BruController would definitely work for our brewing/mashing side of things.
Sorry, thought I responded to this. You can use a proportional SSR and get steady-State modulated Output.
What do you mean by ‘Oscillation issues?’
Ok, good to know.
By oscillation, I mean the on/off cycles of the PID firing the electric element. It creates a surging effect in the distillation column due.
This was using an Auber PID
Then either a very short cycle length or a proportional SSR.
