Hi,
I have been finding the status indicator of my outputs a little flakey. Sometime they work, sometimes most of them work and sometime all of them just display "-----" and do not indicate OFF or ON,
Most interestingly, if I click "-----", the state of the output does change from off to on and vice versa.
my flowmeters also lost status of count and rate.

any clues?
Very hard to debug with just this information. Is the computer losing connection with the interface? What is the connection type? Take a look at the logs (in the Documents/BruControl/Logs folder and see if there are multiple disconnection/reconnections reported.
Thanks. The computer does not seem to be losing connection. It's connected via USB on COM4. There are no cases of disconnect in the logs other than when I was rebooting devices yesterday to try to resolve the issue. I will connect via ethernet tonight and see if that makes a difference.

Hmmm, that is odd. The application is defining ports but the interface is then saying the ports don't exist. What versions of the application, interface wiring map, and interface firmware are you using?
