No - would suggest at least a Windows 10 machine with 8GB, 128GB+ HD/SSD, Celeron or better processor. BruControl won't tax the computer until you start to add a lot of graphical controls, then it will slow a bit.

This one has an Atom CPU. It will run, but again if you want to use graphics controls like LED's, analog meters, etc., it will be slowly responsive. I would target a Celeron or better CPU... likely closer to $200. Consider a used PC if budget constrained as you can find icore CPU based units for low price. A couple of years old but very capable. Spend your $ on a big touch screen!
